DiCocoa's mission is to provide delicious and sustainable foods to the community and to educate the value of healthy wholesome foods. They proudly serve only fair-trade organically grown coffee. And they make all of their treats and pastries from scratch using some of the best ingredients available like organic sugar, King Arthur unbleached flour, Maine Grains whole wheat flour and Cabot butter. Dicocoa's has been a member and convivia for over 20 years, leading the movement locally with weekly Gentle Dining events for many years.

Fiddlestick Farm's Ravioli Moblie offers hand-crafted small batch ravioli and is also a producer of artisan bread baker, a licensed cheese maker in Hanover, Maine. Fiddlestick is a microfarm that uses organic methods, sourdough bread and creates small batch ravioli. Best of show at Common Ground Fair 2016.

Pinky D's, owned and operated by husband and wife team of Deborah and Randy Smith, Randy a 30+ year culinary professional, and two time Maine Chef of the Year, Pinky D’s was the 2016 ME Battle of the Food Truck winner. They serve the classic poutine and numerous other poutine with there own twists.

Isuken Co-op is a Somali Bantu Farm to Table Food Truck is coming to Lewiston and Maine in 2018. Delicious food, grown by New Americans, on the streets! Isuken shares a menu that is local and delicious with dishes for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free people. The main products that Isuken food truck will offer are Sambusas, fried pastries filled with local meats and veggies. They will offer beef, chicken, fish, and veggie (vegan) options.They will also offer a gluten-free and vegan rice, corn, bean, and veggie dishes and grilled meats. For beverages, they will offer their Somali chai tea, a sweet, spicy, milky tea.

Owners Shane & Veronica Poland, lifelong Maine residents, have had a dream of opening our own homemade ice cream shop for quite some time now. Together with our three children we have been working towards that dream and are now open. We know you will fall in love with our ice cream!
